Gilligan’s Bar and Grill was established in 1993 by George and Leah Lois. Through their hard work and diligence, Gilligan’s has become a premier dining establishment in the Capital area. It is their goal to provide their patrons with outstanding service and exceptional food.
Gilligan’s offers both casual and fine dining and strives to not only meet, but exceed the expectations of our customers.
Our menu features fresh seafood, perfectly seasoned steaks, hand cut veal and homemade pasta dishes. Freshly baked sub rolls and healthy garden salads are all made from scratch. Our daily varieties of soup are guaranteed to please and are always homemade in our kitchens. Gilligan’s is proud to serve Vintage Premium Natural Beef which has no added hormones and is raised without antibiotics and on a 100% vegetarian diet. We are well known for a succulent Prime Rib, which is seasoned and slow cooked overnight.

Blackened 6 ounce filet mignon topped with blackened shrimp. Server on a bed of Yukon gold mashed potatoes with Jack Daniel's cream sauce & bleu cheese crumbles.
Penne pasta tossed with chicken and hot Italian sausage in a roasted tomato broth.
Panko encrusted chicken roulade with a spinach & applewood bacon filling. Finished in a garlic & herb cheese sauce.
Smirnoff Vanilla Vodka, Pumpkin Smash Liqueur with Half and Half garnished with Nutmeg and Cinnamon.

Crown Royal Rye, Sweet Vermouth and a dash of Angostura Bitters with Cherry Garnish.

Bulleit Bourbon with house made Cinnamon and Honey Simple Syrup and a dash of Orange Bitters served on the rocks with an Orange Slice and Bourbon Soaked Cranberries.
Crown Royal Rye with a splash of Fireball and house made Maple Simple Syrup on the rocks.
Captain Morgan White Rum with Fresh Lime Juice, Maraschino Liqueur and Grapefruit Bitters. Shaken and served in a chilled martini glass.
Kettle One Vodka with a dash of Vanilla Bitters, Muddled Orange, Lemon and Cherry, topped off with Club Soda. Served on the rocks.
Elderflower Liqueur, Prosecco and Club Soda served on the rocks with a Lemon Twist.
Captain Morgan Original Spiced Rum with Ginger Brandy and hot Apple Cider. Topped with a sprinkle of Cinnamon Nutmeg Blend.
